Callum & Harper (Sleepless, #1)Callum & Harper by Fisher Amelie
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

a really nice story of hope and unconditional love..

This is a really nice story of hope and unconditional love. Also, this tells a lot about living life in a way that you wanted and not giving up until you have it at your reach. The friendship that was presented in this novel is the one that many of us would want to have.

Callum and Harper were kicked out of their foster homes when they both turned eighteen. They met inside of Social Services and while both of them are waiting if they are going to be homeless or not, they both felt a connection. A connection that will lead them into countless experiences of being together and finding family, hope and love with each other.

I like callum’s attitude and outlook in life. He seems to be the one who give Harper something to live to and helping her in any way he can. He’s also one of the sweetest fictional guy I have ever read in a while.

Callum and Harper is one of my recommended 2012 reads. You will have a hard time picking the next book you are going to read after this. I can’t wait the second book of the Sleepless series which will feature Thomas and January.
